BarStaffAcademy respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process and why.
What data
We process: your email address (if you sign up for the free mini-course or contact us), and purchase/invoice data (name, email, and where applicable company and VAT details) when you order.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to deliver the mini-course and product, send invoices and answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of the contract and, for the mini-course, your consent.
Processors
For payment and delivery we use a payment provider (e.g. Payhip/Stripe); for email an email tool (e.g. MailerLite/Brevo). They process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Cookies and analytics
We use functional cookies and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics to improve the site. You can refuse cookies via your browser settings.
Retention
We keep data no longer than necessary: invoice data as required by law, email sign-ups until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link at the bottom of each email. For requests, contact contact@barstaffacademy.com.
